Student delegate registration includes:

• Attendance at the President’s Cocktail Function
Student rate is only available to full time students and members of ANSZLA. Students must fax evidence of their student status to Avanti Events on +61 2 9280 0533.
Day registration includes:
• Attendance at all conference sessions on Thursday OR Friday
• Morning tea, Lunch & Afternoon tea on Thursday OR Friday
• Programme book
• Access to copies of speaker presentations following the conference
• Attendance at the Gala Dinner (if Thursday attendance)
Methods of Payment
The online registration facility allows payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Alternatively if you wish to pay by Cheque or EFT (Direct Deposit) please complete the online registration form and choose the “Registration without Payment” option and a tax invoice will be provided.

Overseas delegates: personal cheques will not be accepted.
Company cheques will only be accepted if issued from an Australian Bank.
All rates are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Registration Acknowledgement
You will receive an auto generated message once you have completed your online registration. All registrations will also be acknowledged in writing and a tax invoice provided. A confirmation letter will follow once payment has been received.
Payment Policy
It is a condition of registering that all payments are settled prior to attendance at the conference. If payment has not been received by the start of the conference, payment will be required at the registration desk to enable the delegate to attend conference sessions and social events.
Special Needs
Every effort will be made to ensure that people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance such as special diet or disability assistance, please include details with your registration form to enable us to make your stay in Sydney a pleasant and comfortable experience
Name Badges
Delegate name badges must be worn at all times including social functions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Organiser. Cancellations received prior to Monday 9 August 2010 will receive a full refund less $110 cancellation fee. Registration refunds after Monday 9 August 2010 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
Please note that there is no refund on accommodation for cancellation of hotel bookings.
Substitutions are welcome, but must be notified in writing to the conference organiser.
Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Organisers and ANZSLA accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred. The Conference Organiser and ANZSLA accept no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by delegates and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Privacy Statement
In accordance with the Privacy Act and Spam Act we advise that the information provided in completing your registration form will be held in a database on a secure server by the Conference Organisers (Avanti Events Pty Ltd) for the purpose of managing the conference. It is the intention to use this information to provide a list of delegates to the organising committee and fellow delegates. Following the conference the database will be returned to ANZSLA. At no time will the database be given or sold to any third party.
Please indicate on the registration form if you do not want your details to be included in the delegate list.
