David has successfully developed Avanti Events over the last 12 years to be a leading and well recognised business within the Business Events & Incentive Industry in Australia. David's professional background includes a corporate career in the pharmaceutical industry in Europe and Australia; research & development, marketing and management experience leading to a senior management position in Australia; Asia Pacific Manager for a US based NGO; Managing Director of Avanti Events. His personal ethics and motivation carries through in his company and to his clients. His hands-on creative and delivery of incentive programs and events is backed by solid experience that covers all aspects of R&D, sales & marketing and corporate management as well as implementation of the client programs.

Grant McPhee

With over 15 years of marketing & sales experience and a solid understanding of the business events industry, Grant's strengths are his ability to understand a client's individual requirements and business objectives, and develop and implement strategies that effect change and achieve desired, measurable results.

Barbara Addison-Weiss
Director, Accounts Manager
Barbara has over twenty years experience in corporate business working in Europe and Australia. She has been a Director of Pharma Events and Avanti Events since first conception in 1996, building her knowledge and experience in association and corporate events in the Australian meetings and events industry. Barbara contributes to the creativity in the team, is operational at client events and manages all finances for Avanti Events projects, suppliers and clients.

Terry Bleyer
Senior Event Manager
Terry has over 26 years experience in the travel/ tourism industry working in retail, corporate, sales and marketing, inbound, conference & incentives and events. It has involved working with all facets from creation of the client brief to the completion of the event. He has created travel reward incentive programs to India's golden triangle and African game parks for the publishing business sector. Back to back programs on an Alaskan cruise for the manufacturing sector. Tiered programs for the finance sector with different levels of achievers incorporating multiple destinations such as Bali & Singapore and Paris, London & Scottish castles. Terry's broad skills in brainstorming creative ideas and the implementation of programs, personal attention to detail and risk management attentiveness are exceptional and well recognised by our clients and the industry.

Natalie Bull
Creative Design & Event Manager
Natalie is a very talented member of our team. Nat is an artist of creative merit with an excellent eye for detail, who joined Avanti with extensive production and events project management experience. Her creative design of collateral for brochures, teasers, newsletters, website and incentive programs as well as her strengths as an event manager provides great support to the team and is a wonderful asset to Avanti Events.

Event Manager
Jessica is a young member of the team with a great deal of ability who has developed her skills and experience in managing association and company events, particularly pharmaceutical meetings over the last 2 years. She provides valuable experience in the registration process, database management and client support.
